This is the cover for a book that I designed which was my first project at F+W Media in Cincinnati. The author wanted a cover that referenced the panels from comics and graphic novels in a dynamic way, so I searched for art that captured the drama of comics. I used bold colors and sharp angles in the treatment of the panels, artwork, and typography to create the dynamic look the author was seeking.
