I am a graphic designer from Cincinnati, OH with experience in book design and screen printing. I attended DAAP at the University of Cincinnati where I studied graphic design for three years. I then transferred to the School of the Art Institute of Chicago where I studied print media and book design. After graduating from SAIC in 2008, I worked as a book designer in the fine art department of F+W Media in Cincinnati.
As an artist and designer, I draw inspiration from a disparate range of sources, including everything from modernist typography and psychedelic concert posters to vintage sports logos and athletic shoes. I see the world from an artistic point of view, seeking to apply art and design to any of my particular momentary interests.
